Terms of use
These terms govern Just Duel, a product owned and operated by Automation Craft. Effective 24 August 2026.
Service and eligibility
Just Duel provides public challenge pages, email updates, crowd voting, judge workflows, downloadable artifacts, and sponsorship placements. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and use the service lawfully.
Accounts and identity
Email OTP verifies control of an email inbox only. X handles are self-declared and are not verified by X. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, evade a restriction, or expose another person's private information.
Challenges
Challenges must be lawful, non-physical, and non-harassing. The challenger is responsible for the proposal. The opponent accepts only by approving the complete latest version. Participants grant Just Duel permission to display submitted names, handles, portraits, URLs, rules, decisions, and artifacts for the service.
External content and judging
Just Duel does not control linked sites and does not guarantee that they remain available or unchanged. Judges decide from what the approved URLs make available during judging. Just Duel records decisions but does not promise that any opinion is objectively correct.
Sponsors and payments
Sponsorships are advertising services sold by Automation Craft through PayPal. Package-specific duration, creative requirements, start rule, and refund remedy shown before checkout form part of the purchase. Sponsorship never influences a duel outcome.
Moderation and availability
We may restrict, freeze, cancel, or remove content for safety, law, abuse, fraud, rights complaints, or service integrity. We may change or discontinue features. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Craft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, linked content, participant conduct, or public reactions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
